A new house,
forged on an
old craft.
Synapse Surgics was founded in 2026 in Sialkot, Pakistan — the city that has shaped surgical steel for the world for over a century. We are a new company, and we make that explicit on purpose: we are not selling a legacy we don't have.
What we are selling is direct access to a workshop. Every instrument that leaves our door was forged, finished, inspected, and packed by us. There is no trading desk between the buyer and the maker. If something is wrong, you talk to the people who shaped the steel.
We're launching with a focused catalog across cutting, holding, clamping, retracting, orthopedic, and dental categories — in Japanese 440C, German 420 stainless, and Titanium Grade 5. Our goal over the next years is simple: become the first call for distributors and OEMs who want a manufacturer that picks up the phone.

Four commitments
we put in writing.
We're early. We don't have decades of history yet. What we can offer is a clear contract of how we work — and you can hold us to it on every shipment.
- Commitment
Forged, not traded
Every instrument we sell is made in our own Sialkot workshop. We do not resell, repackage, or relabel — what carries our name was shaped by our hands.
- Commitment
Tolerances we own
Each piece is verified for dimensional accuracy (±0.02 mm), edge integrity, joint smoothness, and surface finish before it leaves the workshop.
- Commitment
Material honesty
Japanese 440C and German 420 stainless steel for cutting and clamping; Titanium Grade 5 for weight-sensitive surgical lines. No substitutions, no surprises.
- Commitment
Direct to distributor
No agents between you and the maker. You quote with us, you negotiate with us, and you receive instruments packed and shipped by the people who forged them.
